ATTIRE FOR THE MINDFUL MAN
CHALLENGE
A premium clothing brand for a creative class of men who don’t wear ties and don’t have to. BDM fills the gap between conventional country club styling and youth-oriented street wear. For men who want to look casually elegant without appearing hippie or effeminate. The mission was to launch the brand, a retail store on Coast Village Road in Montecito, CA, and a Shopify website.
SOLUTION
A modern, peaceful aesthetic cohesively designed from the hangtags to the social posts. Deliveries included the mandala logo, tagline, a branding suite and lookbook, photo shoots, a live action short film of the collection, Shopify website, catalogs, retail signage, POS, direct mail, social and event collateral. An aggressive online branding and marketing campaign using Public Relations, social media, blogging and celebrities launched simultaneously with the online and retail store opening.
